What an amazing August we had in 2019! Our hardworking branches, RicNic London, RicNic Hampshire and RicNic Oxford took to the stage with three outstanding shows. Hot on the heels of their success, we opened production team applications for 2020, and were very impressed with the high standard of the applications we received.
With such a wealth of talent on offer, picking our teams was more difficult than ever - so we're delighted to now be able to share the results with you. We're pleased to say that our teams comprise a brilliant mix of talent, passion and experience. We can't wait for RicNic 2020!

We are still very interested in hearing from people who might be keen to take on the role of producer for the London 2020 show. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded - as RicNic is a social enterprise at heart - committed to getting the word out, attracting a diverse group of participants to audition/apply for backstage roles, and fostering the community spirit RicNic is known for. Producing really is a year-long process, so requires attention and focus, but we are on hand to offer plenty of support. Experience is not necessary - enthusiasm is what matters!
In addition, there are several production team roles available at our new Burton branch, which is set to produce its debut show in August 2020.
All you need to do if you want to apply for either the London position or the Burton team is email email@example.com with three simple things:
* A short paragraph explaining why you want the role and what you think you can bring to it
* A brief description of the experience which you think makes you right for the role (don't worry at all if there's not much - enthusiasm is more important!)
* Some factual details: full name, age on 1st August 2020, email address and phone number
If you applied this year and were not successful, we'd still love for you to be involved - please do consider trying out for cast or crew positions. If that's not for you, don't be disheartened: the standard was exceptionally high this year and we would be delighted to hear from you in autumn 2020 when we will open the production team application process for our 2021 shows.
Are you as excited as we are about what's in store for RicNic in 2020? We hope so! Don't forget to follow us on Facebook or Twitter so you can keep up to date with all our news. Next stop: show choice!
